Admission Update – KGUMSB (2026 & 2027 Intake)

The selection of Class 12 graduates for various courses offered by KGUMSB for the academic years 2026 and 2027 under both RGoB Scholarship and Self-Financed categories has been successfully completed.
The list of selected candidates, along with important admission requirements, will be published on the following official websites:

How to apply?

Step 1

To log in to the system, use your 11-digit CID number as the User ID and your Date of Birth (format: YYYY-MM-DD) as the Password. For login or system-related assistance, please contact ict@kgumsb.edu.bt. Kindly include your Name, CID, and Year of Class 12 Completion in your email. The ICT Support Team will address your query and respond to you at the earliest during working hours.

Step 2

After login, the student must fill up the contact (correct mobile number) details for the program confirmation through call.

Now, Apply from the list of programs that fulfill your admission criteria.

Step 3

Once the online application period has ended, students will be able to view their provisional ranking, which is calculated based on their Ability Rating Points and the status of slots filled. According to their merit ranking, students will receive a call for confirmation. Program selection will be determined by the preference criteria established by KGUMSB.
